This peaceful studio in the heart of Wellington is a calm oasis. Just stepping through the door uplifts your spirits. It is on the first floor, filled with natural light and sun for most of the day. There is a clean, wooden floor, changing area, bathroom and shower and a small kitchen.
The Yoga Centre for Higher Self holds regular classes and events for yoga, dance, singing, talks and workshops.
The Centre may also be hired as a venue to health practitioners, healers, dancers or musicians for events and workshops which are inline with the spirit of the Centre. No shoes, please.
