Hawke’s Bay: Historic house garden venue.

Belmount is a historic homestead with gorgeous landscaped gardens on the east side of the Tuki Tuki River in Hawkes Bay, a 10 minute drive from Havelock North.

The informal gardens divide the pretty lawns into friendly spaces for ceremonies, marquees, partying, photography, with endless alcoves to sit and enjoy the occasion.  A bridal party may gather in the Waiting Room, descend the steps to the garden and proceed around the “magic walk” to a picture-perfect spot for a wedding beside the pond.

We are available for large garden weddings and parties, concerts and outdoor art exhibitions.  You may bring your own catering, or ask for recommendations. The historic house and surrounding hills add a glamorous backdrop.
