Snug on the side of Mt Victoria to catch the afternoon sun is the VBC, the Victoria Bowling Club, where the balls have been rolling for over 100 years.
This is a split level venue, with a large, bright wooden floored hall on the ground floor and a welcoming bar above overlooking both the hall and the bowling green. The venue is rented as one with a capacity of 180 people. Tables and chairs are available for 120.
There is a full kitchen if needed for your caterers and you are welcome to add a game of bowls to your event. Kitchen and bowls are additional.
This is a great day hire event space for a seminar or workshop, go for a stroll on Mount Victoria during breaks to clear the head. Or, dress the room up for your evening function.
The bar has a licence until 9pm and noise must be kept at respectful levels for our neighbours.
